Due to the pandemic and lockdown restrictions within various countries, as well as Brexit, we may face some challenges in getting your orders to you as quickly as possible.
The WhatDo team will work its hardest to minimise delays, but with travel disruptions, staff shortages, and increased workloads in different countries, we are grateful for your patience during this time.
Deliveries to non-EU countries within Europe may be subject to unforeseen delays as they pass through EU countries. Please also note that your shipment may be subject to import duty, customs charges and local taxes which are levied once it reaches your country. As customs policies vary from country to country, we would advise you to contact your local customs office for information.

Shipping Costs
UK Standard Delivery – £5
In-stock items are dispatched within 1 working day. Please allow 1 to 3 days for the goods to arrive. Deliveries are made within working hours and require a signature. For this reason, you may like to nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign.
UK Next Day Delivery – £12
All orders need to be placed before 2pm for next working day delivery. Orders placed after this will be delivered within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm will be dispatched on the following Monday. Deliveries are made within working hours and will require a signature. For this reason, you may like to nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign.
International Delivery
Please note that customers outside of the European Union will be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these duties, taxes and charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.
