Not happy? No problem. We offer a fair returns policy detailed below

If you are in any way unhappy with your WhatDo goods you may send them back within 14 days for a refund of the purchase price (not including the shipping costs) to:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You are responsible for the financial value of any goods that are being returned until we receive them, so we recommend that you use a trackable postage service.

Please ensure you include your order number when returning any items, as without this we are unable to complete your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the payment method of your order within 30 days of you posting the return.

Please note that at peak times, it may take us longer than usual to process your return, up to 14 days.
