Can I use more than one promotional code on my order?

No, you can only use one promotional discount for each individual order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment from debit or credit cards – Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro – through PayPal.

Sorry, we do not accept bitcoins or chocolate buttons as payment.

Do you sell gift cards?

How long will it take for my shirt to arrive?

In-stock items are dispatched within 1 working day. For customers based in the UK requesting UK standard delivery, please allow 1 to 3 days for the shirt to arrive. For customers based in the UK requesting next day delivery, if your order has been placed before 2pm, you will receive your shirt the next working day. For customers based outside the UK, in-stock items are dispatched within 1 working day. Arrival of your shirt will depend upon what country you are in and the delivery option chosen. Please note that custom and import charges are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as policies vary from country to country. We would advise that you find out what these charges may be before you place your order.

Can I track the status of my order?

You most definitely can! Along with your order confirmation, once your order has been shipped within the UK, a Hermes tracking number will be emailed to you so you can track your order here. If you’re an international customer you can check the status of your order delivered via DHL here.

What happens if nobody is in when my shirt is delivered?

For UK customers, Hermes will make three attempts to deliver your parcel or alternatively may leave your parcel in a safe place that is convenient for you to collect. If Hermes have unsuccessfully attempted to deliver your parcel after three attempts, it will then be sent back to us and you will be refunded. For international customers, if nobody is present to receive your parcel, the courier will leave a notification card stating a delivery was attempted, and you can rearrange a delivery on the DHL website for a day that suits you, or arrange delivery to your local DHL ServicePoint.

Can I get my shirt delivered to a PO Box?

Yes you can, as long as someone is present to sign for your parcel.


Can I change or cancel my order once I’ve placed it?

Once you have placed an order with us, we promptly start processing and packing. As such, once you are charged, we are unable to interfere with this process and make any changes or cancel. However, if you are unhappy with your shirt in any way, you are welcome to request a refund or exchange.

Where is my order confirmation?

Once you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If for some reason you did not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folders. If you cannot see the email there, please log in to your account to check that your order was indeed processed. If it was, and you still have not received an email confirmation, please contact us.

What should I do if my order is missing?

For UK customers, if you have not received your order within the allotted delivery time, please notify us within 14 days of the date on which you ordered the products. After this time has elapsed, we reserve the right to decide whether to send a replacement shirt for you. For international customers, please allow up to 21 working days before contacting us regarding a missing order.

What should I do if I received the wrong shirt?

If you have received the wrong shirt, please contact us with your order details as well as photographic proof that you received the wrong shirt.

What should I do if there is a missing shirt in my delivery?

If you receive your delivery, and a shirt is missing, please check your email to see if you’ve received an out of stock notification from us. If you haven’t, please contact us with your order details.


Can I return or exchange my shirt?

We offer a fair Returns policy, and if you are not happy with your shirt, it is no problem to return or exchange it. You need to send your shirt back within 14 days for a refund of the purchase price, not including shipping cost. If you would like to exchange your shirt, you need to send your shirt back within 14 days, and we will exchange it. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs and will need to ship your shirt back tracked. Please also note that for exchanges, you are responsible for shipping costs. We will send you an invoice through PayPal for this cost.

Can I return or exchange a shirt that was given to me as a gift?

Of course you can! To return an unwanted gift, please contact the person who purchased the gift and ask them to contact us directly with order details. Please note that either the gift giver or yourself will be responsible for shipping costs and will need to ship your shirt back tracked. Please also note that for exchanges, the gift giver or yourself are responsible for shipping costs. We will send them or you an invoice through PayPal for this cost.

Can I get a refund if the price I paid for a shirt since it is now on promotion?

Unfortunately we are unable to refund the price difference.

Will my original postage costs be refunded?

Postage costs will only be refunded if your product is damaged or faulty.


How can I find out if you will be getting more stock in of a particular shirt?

Some shirts sell out quickly, and as such, we always try to maintain sufficient stock levels. We encourage you to check back as the site is updated regularly. If you are signed up to our newsletter, you will also be notified this way.
